Very responsive and helpful. I had issues with my AC blowing hot air and Jake responded to my request the same day and was able to fix my issue quickly. He was able to temporarily get it working by breaking it loose, which kept us comfortable until he could return the next day to replace it. We couldn't be happier with the service. Jake and Vlad were awesome! I was very meticulous in my process of installing a new HVAC system in my house. I had just wall heaters for heat and no air conditioning.
I reached out to a total of 4 companies and Varsity was the only one who suggested doing a ducted Mitsubishi heat pump in the attic over a mini split system. They let me know about all the incentives and came in at a very fair price compared to the ductless estimates I had received prior.
Once we finally made our decision to go with Varsity, everything was seamless! Vlad and Jake were here doing the install themselves the following Wednesday and worked tirelessly for two full days.
We now have air conditioning in our home and couldn't be happier! Our final inspection just passed and the city inspector gave very high remarks on how the installation was performed. Definitely would recommend!

We recently hired Varsity Heating to install an air conditioner, and the experience turned out better than we could have asked for. Initially, Jake visited to assess our home and suggested switching to a Mitsubishi heat pump, which made total sense given our electric furnace setup. His advice was spot on our energy bills dropped noticeably almost immediately.
Vlad and his crew showed up and wrapped up the entire installation in just one day. The new system not only looks great, but it also fixed previously existing air gaps where leaks were happening.

I called Varsity out originally to look at upgrading my gas furnace into a Mitsubishi heat pump. Before they came out, I had 3 estimates that I didn’t feel confident in.
On their initial visit they performed a full manual J load calculation which no one else mentioned and went over different options. Even though Varsity Heating was the most thorough, they were by far the most fair in price.
Vlad and Jake finished up the install last Friday and we couldn’t be happier! Our new Mitsubishi system works amazing and we will be referring our friends and family over, would not hesitate to recommend!

Jake and team were very thorough and very professional. They explained everything, gave options to fit our budget, and was patient as I asked questions and made my choices. We had other quotes and when the other shops estimated our system they were not nearly as detailed with their estimations(such as a manual J load calculation), nor did they spend the time to understand our goals or concerns. The other estimates were slightly lower than Varsity, however, we trusted that Varsity would do a better job. On installation day everyone showed up prepared and they completed the job in one day. We're so happy with our new Carrier system (it's also very quiet) and have been enjoying the cool air. Thanks Varsity!
